mPreciis began in 2001 as Friis Precision Toolworks when Erik S. Friis and Andrew Perrella decided to create a small device which would allow the crosscut fence of Felder Sliding Table saws to be quickly and efficiently squared to within a thousandths of and inch over an 8 foot piece of stock. The goal was very simple, to make one of the worlds best woodworking machines even better. The result was the MicroAdjuster.

   Since then we have begun exploring other high quality woodworking machines and jigs in an effort to make them easier to use, precisely adjustable and fundamentally more efficient. Our methods are simple, use high quality components, precision machined parts and thoughtful strait forward designs to help serious woodworkers get the most out of their machines.
